Attorney Profile
Licensed in 2018, Clarette Farmer has always been passionate about business, wealth, and legacy. Her legal career began with a strong foundation in business and corporate law, but her path took a deeply personal turn one year into practice after the tragic and unexpected passing of her best friend at just 32 years old. In the midst of profound grief, Clarette was faced with another painful reality: her friend had no estate plan in place.
That experience became a defining moment.
It revealed how many individuals and families remain unprotected, often believing estate planning is only necessary later in life or after significant wealth has been built. Clarette recognized the cost of that misconception and committed herself to helping clients plan proactively, protect what they have built, and create a clear path forward for the people they love.
Today, Clarette serves individuals, families, and business owners in the areas of estate planning, legacy planning, wealth and asset protection, business counsel, and Fractional General Counsel services. She helps clients put the right legal protections in place with clarity, strategy, and care—whether they are preparing their families for the future or strengthening the legal foundation of a growing business.
Her work is grounded in the belief that legal planning is about more than documents. It is about stewardship, security, and preserving what matters most. Whether advising a family on protecting their legacy or working alongside a business owner as a trusted legal partner, Clarette brings a practical, thoughtful, and strategic approach to every client relationship.
Her goal is simple: to help clients move forward with confidence, knowing their wishes are clear, their assets are protected, and their legacy is secure.
